Seth MacFarlane Not Funny: Lawmakers

You would think that politicians working for the people in a state near total economic collapse would find issues more important on which to work.

I do find it interesting that during Miss Rhiannas domestic violence case vs her beau, she had time to record and profit from a tune with Eminem about being tied to a bed while he sets the house on fire.

No word on if those same ladies found time to similarly condemn Eminem.

yeah....if my state were careening towards bankruptcy with employers packing up and
moving out daily, I'd make bad jokes at the Academy Award ceremony my top legislative priority! ::)

Oh, gee--it took politicians this many years to come to the shocking conclusion that he's crass and unfunny? I could have just as easily told anybody that years ago if they asked!

Whoda' thought.... *rolls eyes*

You know what they say... Different Strokes for Different Folks. Some of us think Seth is pretty funny. If he wasn't the host, I probably wouldn't have bothered to even watch the telecast.

It's real funny that democrats would criticize the Oscars since the vast majority of these bleeding hearts that attend the event are about as liberal as you can get. Used to watch the show, but it has gotten so political is just isn't interesting any more.

Seth MacFarlane's sense of humor is - at one point or another - demeaning to absolutely EVERYONE on the PLANET.

If he hasn't demeaned either your minority group, social group, or you personally - he just hasn't gotten to you yet.

I wish people would figure this out and quit complaining.

But this political correctness came after the show was over. The comedy was already out of the bag.
McFarlane wasn't hobbling his comedy on his own, out of political correctness, was he? I'm asking, I don't know, since I'm not a big enough fan of the Oscars to sit through them unless....nah I can't think of anyone off the top of my head. But was he restraining himself?
