Several Local AM Stations Said to be for Sale

A brief article in today's edition of InsideRadio states, "Brokers point out several other AM stations [in the New York metro] are on the block."
WSNR AM 620 was put on the market a few months ago. Does anyone know which other AM stations in the area are up for sale?
 
How about 1190 and/or 1600? Aren't their respective owners (Inner City, Access.1) dealing with financial struggles of late?
 
Those brokers may be referring to some confidential listings not yet made public for reasons of confidentiality. Fpr every station that's listed, there's at least one or two more whose listing and availability will be unpublished until the moment a sale is announced.

Probably better to look at which AM stations are NOT for sale. Beyond the CBS O&Os, WABC, WOR and Radio Disney, which stations look off the market right now?
