O.K. Boys and Girls, a while back somebody posted a thread about the weather instruments tv stations used when they went off the air or that the cable companies had a camera that panned back and forth between time, temperature, humidity, and so forth. Well back before tv stations had HD Doppler this and VIPIR radar that, when a weather warning was issued, your waetherman would have to tell you himself with just a slide of a thunderstorm cloud or tornado on the screen, with the words thunderstorm warning or tornado warning. I just wondered how your local stations handled weather warnings back in the day i.e. 1960's-70's?
