"Sex And The City" Goes To E!

The entertainment network's parent company, Comcast, has acquired rights to reruns of the HBO series, which will air on E! as well as sister cable network Style starting next winter.

"Sex and the City" reruns previously aired on TBS, which recently brought Conan O'Brien on board - which, for TBS' purposes, I guess is better than no "Sex" at all. ;D

"Sex and the City" seems to be a much more natural fit on E! than on the latest incarnation of TBS. I remember "SATC" pulling in decent numbers, especially in female demos, upon its premiere on TBS- so it will be interesting to see if the right promotion at E! can return to its former cable ratings glory.
