So KDOC should have no excuse not to be HD OTA and KOCE will have full quality.

As for our neighbors by the bay KTSF, KMTP & KCSM should look better after they dump their three streams each.

Seattle & Little Rock got the bitleaching too, but at least Sezmi is going to leave our OTA alone. 8) :D ;)
 
I would not count on those "boxcars" staying "empty", as the Commish likes to refer to it. ;D
