Shad O' Shea

If you are a boomer or pre-geezer like myself, and you were in St. Louis in the early 60's, you may remember the talent of Shad O' Shea in mornings on KXOK at a time when that station had the ears of virtually everyone in town under the age of 25. Shad also was briefly at WIL-1430 when it was doing Top 40.

As is noted elsewhere on this site, Shad passed the other day in Cincinnati, where he had also done quite a bit of radio.

R.I.P.

In St. Louis, Shad was part of what truly was a legendary station.
