Shadow Leaving K92

If they need to go that route, hopefully that does not mean doing away with their current imaging guy Dave Wright.
 
To Me this looks like a Money Saving Move...J.R. SCHUMANN is most recently of COX Country WZZK/BIRMINGHAM, AL. and has previously worked at CUMULUS Country KPLX/DALLAS. J.R. is on the WZZK Website http://www.wzzk.com/news/entertainment/personalities/jr-radio/nF4Tc/ WZZK is also a COX Station so chances are (I'd say) Pretty Good they'll either Move him to Orlando and he'll V.T. Birmingham or he'll continue to work from Birmingham and V.T. Orlando. Am wondering if Shadow had a difference of opinion with Management about taking K92 Younger.
 
WOW! How do you kick a legend like Shadow to the curb? When I think K92FM, I think Shadow! He IS the voice of that radio station! I guess 20 some years of loyalty does not mean much anymore. Sad.

Anybody that knows Shadow can tell you that even with a difference of opinion, he is a team player. Too bad the team doesn't care about their players.
 
I'm sure Shadow will show up in Tampa,Jacksonville or even a bigger market like Miami or Atlanta on one of the Country Outlets-he's too good not to.In addition I believe Shadow is Still the Country Music Programmer for Promo Only.
