Bobby Lynett Lucky Choice As Shamrock/Wilkes Barre GM
With the promotion of Jeffrey Laird to Shamrock VP/COO ,Bobby Lynett will move into the role of GM of the Wilkes Barre stations, starting Jan. 1, 2006. Lynett is currently Asst. Group Publisher of Times-Shamrock's Alternative Division of newspapers and will finish his term in that role, which expires on Dec. 31. He reports to Shamrock President/CEO William Lynett, who is his uncle. Bobby Lynett is the son of Scranton Times-Tribune Publisher Edward J. and Lynda Lynett.
