I'm listening to WATD now, and within a few minutes I heard Juanita Banana and What A Drag It Is Getting Old!!!

WOW! What a station!

Our so-called oldies stations in south Florida are lower than the pits.

(This is not a plug. Never heard of you or the station before!)

Living south of Boston (Norwood, MA) and (barely) within range of WATD-95.9's over-the-air signal, I have heard this show a couple of times.

It's a great program, and if one wants to hear a show that seems to play all the big hits of the 1950's and 1960's, this is the show for you.

WATD is quite a little station, and in my opinion, is one of the best "suburban" radio stations in the entire country. Every suburban station should be like WATD!!

That is a very good-sounding radio station, and tomorrow I'll give your show a listen.

Oy!

Perry Como? Doris Day? Back-to-back with the likes of the Beatles, the Stones and Crosby, Stills and Nash? >>>Screeech! Crash! Boom!>>>

Why not throw in Bulgarian Accordian favorites, whistling goats and opera arias played on kazoos? :)

Seriously, Paul...that has "Train Wreck" written all over it. Best of luck, though!

It is nice to see you have an opinion on the Idea of mixing in these tunes and artists. I also think if you actually listened you would notice that CSN,STONES etc. are missing or on the "easier" side. I blend the music in a sensible mix that works for the LISTENERS. Don't knock it till you listen to it.Thanks for the input.Hope you listen next week.

I often listen to WATD and always catch some of the show, usually with static from Somerville, MA (just northwest of Boston), but I got to hear it loud and clear on my way down to the Jefferson Starship concert in Scituate yesterday.
