Shape of You #1 for 10 Weeks

I was listening to American Top 40 yesterday, and Ed Sheeran's Shape of You has been the #1 song in the country for 10 weeks.

Funny, but I hadn't really cared for any of Ed Sheeran's songs up to now although several have been huge hits. But I love Shape of You and after hearing it a gazillion times, have not gotten tired of it.

Sometimes an artists releases a song that really has something special about it. Sheeran knocked it out of the park with Shape of You.

Probably be #1 for the year. I've noticed that what is #1 for the year on Billboard doesn't necessarily end up being #1 on AT40 or WT40.

The current source for the AT40 charts are an unpublished mainstream Top 40 and hot adult contemporary charts compiled by Mediabase. Not Billboard.
