Sharing Vintage Radio Recordings

So here is my dilemma, how can I share my recordings, Reel to Reel and cassette, without the copyright police coming after Me? I did share one with Jack Smith before he passed away and that was KLUC with Bob Roberts in the mid 1970s. Jack had been the Chief Engineer for KLUC way back then so I saw it fit to share it with Him. Most have been transferred to DVD and were recordings where I would just dead roll tape so all commercials and newscasts are intact. I actually have a clean copy of the Sands Hotel commercial that I copied in the mid 1970s.

I also just located a memo "For The Record" dated August 1974 from Buddy C. Hatton, KLVM fm 94, and it starts "I want each of you to know how very pleased and proud I am of you.". It was to all of us working there at the time, Barry, Rhonda, Joe, Myself, George, Dale, and Steve.
