Actually, I'm feeling OK. Missing Shawn and Z like hell though (no big surprise there). But to paraphrase Homer Simpson, I'm trying to look at this whole thing as a "crisi-tunity" rather than the soul-crushing ego-demolishing blow it feels like. Ahhh, there's the pain again......

I just hope that Max won't put his wife Donna Miller on the air during middays. How ugly can this get??? Simple... Rosie moves back to nights, and then Donna Miller walks into the midday position. Ugh!

* Changes at CBS Radio Hot AC KZZO (100.5 The Zone)/Sacramento see afternoon goddess Monica Lowe and night guy Keith Brooks now waking up way early for The Zone's new morning show. This pushes APD/MD/morning co-host Shawn Cash to afternoons as his partner, Jeff Jensen, departs.
KEITH BROOKS joins afternoon driver and long-time ZONE talent MONICA LOWE to form "THE MONICA & K.B. MORNING SHOW" beginning MONDAY (8/7). APD/MD/morning show co-host SHAWN CASH replaces MONICA in the afternoons. Look for PD MAX MILLER to make an announcements on BROOKS replacement at night in the coming days. ROSIE continues to hold down middays.
