Shifting Erin

Since Amp now has all it dayparts accounted for except middays, would it make sense to move Erin O'Malley over when she's back from her leave? She'd be a good fit for Amp. Then , we'd have to figure out Middays at Mix. Duh ! KB, of course, is a natural fit!!!

Never cared for her personally at all. And I certainly don't think she'd be a good fit for Amp. She's a "better" fit, relatively speaking, for Mix, where's she been for a long time, than for Amp...

I've met her in person and she's very friendly. And she's a heritage presenter on Mix. She's also not 25 years old, and is not getting moved from Hot AC to CHR.

She's over 34. That automatically disqualifies her from working at AMP.

Kind of funny, really. How old is Matty over at Kiss? What are his ratings?

Oh yeah, that's right, nobody with experience over 34 could ever be a jock or host on a CHR.

I do agree that she isn't moving from Mix.

Yes, Mattie in the Morning, Dale Dorman, JJ Wright, and Giovanni in Providence are and were excellent examples of people who could relate to the 18-34 female CHR demo but were way outside of that age group themselves.
