Shop@Home Network

The Shop-At-Home Network just came back on the air at 1AM Eastern. They're going back to their Old Skool format. Selling only Collectable Coins, Collectable Knives and swords, Collectable Sports Cards, etc. Sean LeFleur Promises this time he won't stab himself on the Sword Show.

Also I don't know if they're gonna be showing reruns the rest of the time or not, but they said they're only gonna be on the air 10PM-8AM.

I was watching at 3 AM on WPXA/14 "i" Atlanta, and that is what they said. I guess most of everybody else was preparing to move on, and they probably decided to continue on with their plans to move on after the announcement was made. They are going to have to get more people in position before they can resume 24/7 operations.

They also are using the graphics they were using prior to Wednesday's shutdown. I recon that they will redo those as soon as they can. (If they don't, they will give the impression that nothing has changed, and that they are still selling electronics and furniture and the like.)

EW Scripps sold Shop At Home for quite a loss. They bought the network for $235 million about four years ago, and sold it for only $17 million. I guess that was better than shutting it down and getting nothing in return.

Simple. They saw an opportunity to expand their business at a minimal cost. They have most of the logistics in place, so all they are adding is an additional product line. They are operating out of both Nashville and Knoxville office at this time, but they may move all operations to Knoxville in the future and sell the facilities in Nashville.
