I was trying to think of a way to bring this topic to the attention of those who don't read the Charlotte board.
I don't know whether it has been brought up anywhere else.
The actual Charlotte Observer, which I subscribe to, has had at least one letter to the editor saying that the radio station responsible should pay the driver's salary.
What makes this even more shocking is that it wasn't a serious safety test like a TV station might do. The jocks listening to the whole thing were laughing that the guy actually succeeded.
