I have a two minute short format cooking tip formatted for sports stations with background sports Music and the same tip backed by Americana / country music. I send both tips out via email as MP3's to my stations every Wed. It's a perfect time with football kicking off and NASCAR still in the mix.
The show has a built in 30 second spot that can be covered if you sold a sponsorship etc. My current stations are a mix of music, top 40, country, sports and talk.
