Any Good ones?
Like in the U.K or Wales

Is Romania still on shortwave? I remember listening to them a few years ago and being amazed at how old-fashioned the broadcast sounded. The same features most European shortwavers had 40 years earlier: news, commentary, a tourism-related feature, a bit of music, a mailbag program, etc.RNZ is one of the few that's left in English, other than the propaganda-stuffed Cuba and China and bible-banging US stations.
UTC is the worldwide standard for all things shortwave, including broadcasters and hams. PST is UTC-8, while PDT is UTC-7.I'm not to keen about the UTC time, Put it in Normal Clock time, like in PST Time. So I understand

Use these sites to convert the UTC time:I found a Converter, But Because of my Learning Disabilitie, My brain hurts when I try to add things up, So bare with me
So like on 13755 RNZ Starts on 05:59 NZ Time it 21:59 UTC in CA -8 hrs
So 1:59pm PST -- Is that correct?
RNZ operates on the following schedule (AM only, all times UTC, and boy have they cut it back!):I found a Converter, But Because of my Learning Disabilitie, My brain hurts when I try to add things up, So bare with me

You forgotRNZ operates on the following schedule (AM only, all times UTC, and boy have they cut it back!):

9700: 1651-1755, or 8:51-9:55 AM PST
11725: 1855-2058, or 10:55 AM-12:58 PM PST (varies on weekends)
13755: 0858-1255, or 12:58-4:55 AM PST
15720: 2058-2258, or 12:58-2:58 PM PST (one extra hour earlier on Saturdays)
They fill in some of the gaps with DRM, but... why? Sounds like RNZ is finally ready to hang it up on shortwave.
I didn't include the DRM broadcasts. DRM has few, if any, listeners in the US. I'm not sure about anywhere else in the world, except maybe India on the Ancient Modulation band. You forgot

Digital Radio Mondiale, no relation to Digital Rights Management. It's been around for years, but never really took off in most countries. I believe India is an exception, but only on AM.What is DRM?
DRM It is not backwards compatible. You must have a DRM radio to hear it. India has a system of many high (Megawatt and 500 kw) and medium (100 kw to 250 kw) transmitters on the air or being constructed along with many regional services. Unlike FM, DRM on medium wave can cover huge areas, allowing All India Radio to have fewer transmitter sites with expanded coverage using a digital system on the medium wave band.I'm hearing it on 17675, How is it different from Non DRM?

Radio New Zealand will resume fulltime shortwave DRM broadcasts of its analog output once their new 100kw Ampegon transmitter is installed and operational later this year. RNZ had previously done this from 2006 to ~2018, but the older Thomson 100kw unit from 1990 (used for analog) became troublesome, forcing the station to switch its newer (2006) Thales transmitter from DRM to AM output for most of its broadcasts, with very limited use of the older transmitter.I didn't include the DRM broadcasts. DRM has few, if any, listeners in the US. I'm not sure about anywhere else in the world, except maybe India on the Ancient Modulation band.
The expansion of India’s mediumwave network has allowed the government broadcaster to shutdown virtually all of its domestic shortwave services, which used to have dozens of transmitters around the country. I believe there is only one of those remaining in operation. You must have a DRM radio to hear it. Maybe get a cheap clock, and set it to UTC / Greenwich Mean Time. That might help. I know a lot of SWL's did that in the 1970's and earlier.I found a Converter, But Because of my Learning Disabilitie, My brain hurts when I try to add things up, So bare with me
