A disgruntled Pacifica employee? Actually I've never heard of KPFT having the same internal issues that have caused self-implosion at other Pacifica stations WBAI, KPFA, and KPFK.
Fortunately nobody was injured. So far as disgruntled employees (or listeners) goes, it does make you think about the risk of doing live (and visible) radio like KPFT does. At one o'clock in the morning at any other station in town, a potential shooter would probably be taking aim at a hard-drive.
KPFT is located in somewhat of a ghetto now 10 years ago it was a nice area but the area is going south now they need to watch out & move the studio to the second floor if possable
