Should BBGI Go After Yahoo?

Has anyone noticed the big yellow "b" logo for Yahoo! Buzz is strikingly similar to the lower-case "b" that Beasley Broadcasting has been using for years? Has BBGI considered suing Yahoo on grounds of intellectual property?
