Should In Session move from TruTV to HLN?

I have thought of this a lot lately. With HLN being done with "rolling news" format, and focusing so much on troubled celebrities in the news (like Lohan), criminal trials (Casey Anthony, Conrad Murray, etc), and airing stuff like What Would You Do and some of the older Court/Tru TV mystery shows, should Turner move the In Session block move from TruTV to HLN? That seems like a better fit, and it's not like HLN serves much of a purpose during the day anymore as it is. Would be a decent fit to air in the mornings/afternoons alongside (like them or not) Nancy Grace, Vinnie Politan, and Jane Velez-Mitchell in the evening. Personally, I've always had quite a higher opinion of In Session than a lot of what HLN puts forward.

In turn, TruTV would gain 6 more hours during the day to air its alleged "actuality" programming. I think it would be a win for both channels...it'd give HLN more compelling programming during the day that seems to fit with what they like to cover, and would remove something from TruTV that doesn't really fit.

Thoughts?

I haven't watched it lately, but HLN's news during the day sure isn't what it once was. Nothing really that different from CNN, but it seems a little "fluffier." I just wonder if there is a reason for them to do it anymore.

I didn't know HLN produced In Session. They tap in to their anchors and reporters a lot. A combination would make great sense.

BTW: hate to sort of "double post", but I don't like that evening show, "Evening Express", that HLN is doing. I like Clark Howard but he needs to stick to radio. The girl (forget her name) isn't impressive. Ryan Smith is decent.
Mike Galanos and then Vinnie Politan did a much better job in the evening, IMO. I don't know how the ratings have been on there historically in these times, but they don't look impressive for the current evening show. Actually, they're pretty terrible, but as I said I don't know how they were with with the previous host in the 5-7 timeslot.

The show before it, "Making It In America", is not any better and is a weird fit on this channel. Vinnie Politan did much better in the evening alongside the likes of Jane Velez-Mitchell. It's just a strange concept for a show on a "news" channel. I don't see it lasting for very long.

This is one network that honestly has no direction.
