Should PD's be On the Air?

Yes - I've heard that Marco rumor tossed around. Where is he now? It would be great to have him back in Seattle. Also, yes bring back Rossetti - but that's it. No Bill Reid please
 
I think one of the great things about having the PD do a shift at least occasionally is that they then have to follow the same orders he or she is giving the air people. It's a great perspective to have. And, the PD then gets to see how the control room equipment and systems are working, up close!
