Should Smooth Jazz Radio Flip to the Quiet Storm?

I think so if many of the NAC's have 70% smooth R&B with it. Hint KTWV should consider remaming themselves as 94.7 The Quiet Storm. and obtain new Call letters like KTQS if possible.
