Shows in syndication in a market longer than everyone else?

Until just a couple of years ago, Perry Mason aired daily at noon on KOFY channel 20 in San Francisco. At one point they aired it twice a day, picking up the MeTV feed in the morning(KOFY's subchannel is the Bay Area's MeTV carrier). The station also had Sunday afternoon blocks of other MeTV crime dramas.
KOFY also periodically carries I Love Lucy as weekend filler(CBS-owned KPIX did this a few years ago), but no longer has any retro programming on a regular basis.

I can't speak for all affiliates around the country, but basic cable seems to love 2-3 that keep popping up, over and over. #1. Golden Girls (I think on both TVland and Hallmark most weekday mornings, though Hallmark has moved into their "bad holiday movie" part of the year. The other, #2, is Frasier. A staple on Lifetime, but inconsistent. The third was Will & Grace, but I nave noticed many cable channels have made "WE" a premium as of late 2015.

Entertainment Tonight comes to mind in the Paducah/Harrisburg/Cape Girardeau market on WSIL-3. I believe they've had it for 30+ years. It didn't begin on there originally in 1981, but started airing it in at least 1983. What's more impressive, it has not left its time slot of 6:30CT since then either.

M*A*S*H has been airing on KFVS-12 longer (at least 1978, or even '77), but that show has bounced around from time to time, now airing reruns late night on Sundays (which it has been doing since the 1990's at least), but was once airing every day at either 10:30PM, or even 5PM early on.

The Simpsons has been on KIMA Yakima and KEPR Pasco since they went into syndication in 1994. Same time slot of 7:30PM. And KIMA/KEPR are *CBS* stations!
KIRO-7 Seattle has aired Entertainment Tonight since around 1993 or 1994. It used to be on KING-5.

Here in Charleston, Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy have aired at 7 and 7:30 pm on WCBD (NBC, previously ABC), since about 1984-85. Wheel of Fortune started a few months before Jeopardy.

Entertainment Tonight has aired on WCIV (ABC) at 7:30 every night since 2002.
