shredd and ragan:

Indeed, there's an article about this on the Buffalo News website. I think the reasoning is pretty simple. The new management at Cumulus was probably wondering why the station's franchise team is working in afternoon drive rather than in the more important morning drive. Remember, the only reason Shredd and Ragan were on in the afternoon was because of that extremely stupid decision to put on the short-lived Opie and Anthony syndicated show on in the AM drive. I've read on this board in the past that the guys kind of liked the afternoon time slot. But if the new bosses want you on in the morning, you move! The News article didn't say what will happen to Bull. Perhaps they'll switch time slots. What is good news here is that Shredd and Ragan will continue to air. With all the speculation regarding Cumulus, that was no sure thing. Obviously, between this and the dropping of the Bills, Cumulus execs are starting to put their stamp on their Buffalo offerings. And I'm sure we'll see more to come.

Show sounds smooth and the boys seem to be back in the groove when it comes to doing their thing on AM drive. I think the listeners and the advertisers will continue to come and S&R have a very promising future ahead of them as one of the better morning shows in WNY.

Keeping it local is always a BIG plus! 8)
