Someone on this board previously had mentioned that they wished Si TV was available in Houston, and I now notice it has been added to Time Warner's digital tier, Channel 238. Hispanic targeted, but programming in English. More at their website: http://www.sitv.com/Appears the bandwidth for adding this was freed up by the demise of the Gay oriented Q Television Network at the end of May, which had been carried on TW channel 537. No word if TW plans on replacing Q with a similar service, such as Logo or here! TV.
