For the last 3-4 weeks, Sid Mark has alluded to coming "changes" as he concludes his show.
Is the show moving? Is Sid leaving?
I have noticed in recent months, his syndicated show has added some new affiliates.
It would be a shame. Sundays with Sinatra is an institution, and I hope Sid can stay on the air as long as possible. Love the show.
 
I would imagine Sid Mark brings in enough advertisers on Sunday mornings that the station doesn't need to replace him with infomercials.

I notice that on his syndicated show, he sounds younger. I wonder if the syndicated show uses old tapes of Mark? After all, Sinatra has been dead for 21 years. What new stories are there to tell? Might as well recycle whatever ran several years ago. Of course, on WPHT, he may need to update his sponsors commercials.
 
Sounds right. Getting a little extra sleep in the morning. It'll be interesting to see who his "rotating hosts" will be. Over the years, Sid has worked with a lot of people who share his passion for Sinatra.
