Sid Rosenberg

If it is really Sid, I think you put out an excellent product. The best in the market by far. The rest of QAM's lineup is somewhat questionable but you are the crown jewel of that station. Having said that, they either move you to afternoon drive to take Dan and Stu Gotz down or stick a stronger personality than Curtis and Anita in there. Sid, if it is Sid, what do you think? I vote stick Hank back in afternoons or move you?

Tunchwoman,

It really is Sid. I opened my show today talking about this board. Thank you for the VERY kind comments!

As far as where I'll be I'm just a player. The coach tells me where and when to play. I know it's a lame answer but it's all I've got.

Thanks again. Peace!

I too was a huge Neilie, but that whole "hot talk" genre went down the drain after the wardrobe malfunction. We all loved the WIOD Neil. The version on QAM with the language
restrictions lost its edge, and he's not the only one whose program sucked after the FCC crackdown. Nobody even talks about Stern anymore. If you're going to be colorful, you have to
be on Sirius, and if you are on Sirius, you're irrelevant.
That being said, I was resentful that they bought out Neil, and I had hoped that the Sid show would bomb. When I first listened to the show, I was disappointed. Disappointed because
it was a very good sports talk radio show. It didn't suck, and it fit the format better. Neil is retired, and it's time to move on. The King is dead. Long live the king. And congratulations
on having the spunk to actually respond to the negative posts. Good luck in building your brand...and God Bless Ron Lundy.

"and God Bless Ron Lundy."

And don't forget "Cousin Brucie" from Palisades Park Used to listen to him at night growing up in NJ.

Neil God IS retired and his schtick was very old and tired. Time to move on. Maye Sid can pull it off. Only time will tell.

I want Kim Bokamper doing non-stop Dolphin Talk from 2 PM until 6 PM. Sid can appease the Jet Fans in the time slot he is in...

Thanks for coming

The Captain and Tenille Show will be mercifully put to sleep and Sid will take over as QAM's only chance at denting the ratings juggernaut of the LeBaTurd Show. I used to be hardcore QAM, but I have to admit the punks at 790 have a good formula. I want laughs and witty banter, not the endless redundancy of "breaking it down", "who should the Dolphins take in the 3rd round" and the fantasy of Chris Bosch. I can get that anytime anywhere.

Sid will keep Joe Bell employed for a while longer, but time will only tell how many non-transplanted, locals join the wannabee Stern bandwagon. Imagine if some schmuck decides to turn his "book" into a screenplay? That's gotta be years of material for this guy to milk while endlessly stroking himself forever in the shadow of Howard Stern. Too bad there isn't an emoticon for the act of vomiting.

I guess whatever turns you on is fine. The banter and laughing ALSO gets old as does the fake names, not to mention Stu Gotz which is in itself a dumb "fake name" but I agree, there needs to be some diversity in the market. I mainly prefer QAM and when I get tired of All Dolphins All The Time, and Capt. and Tenille, etc., I switch to 940.

Sid, what was the deal with you and Jorge Rodriguez? Heard the call but nothing made any sense.

And you gotta stop calling everyone "a nice kid".

"Well look, I like you and you're a nice kid BUT..."

He is a nice kid. But completely irrelevant in the radio world. Just like most of the talent down here. Thanks.

Except you of course....as you have told all that will listen (and that number continues to dwindle)

I'm not sure what Sports 9 is saying here but Sid puts out a great product...probably the best in the miami market and he is winning is time slot...If you don't like him don't listen...There's always syndicated programming or the sports brothers or other garbage to listen to...Sports, entertainment, politics, the best guests what is wrong with you sports 9?

I think that Sid has the best sports show in the market. To me what makes the most sense for WQAM would be to move Sid to 4p.m. give him more promotion, a bigger budget to help add to the guest list and the production of the show and then he would be a very strong force against The Ticket.

He has proven both on a national stage as well as in South Florida that he can be a contender so give the chance! So WQAM could put Sid in the 4pm slot and then either give Anita Marks his time slot or another on the station. I think that she could do well in another time slot on the station.

Sid at 4pm seems like the right move!

Thanks for all the kind words and support I am receiving in here. I really do appreciate it. And rest assured that whatever day part we occupy we strive EVERYDAY to be the best show in Miami. And for that matter as good a show as ANY on the dial around the country. Thanks again.

Damn Sid I forgot you got hooked up with WQAM...used to listen to your stream on the ticket back in the day, when you interviewed Vince Papale I was the guy who met Vince in the ER up in Minneapolis when he got creamed by Jeff Siemon...I'll check out the show tomorrow...take it easy glad to hear things are going well for you

Why is a JetFan talking Dolphin Football. Is Joe Bell out of his mind..? What happened to the greatest station in the country...? It blows now cept Kim Bokamper

Leebo you stupid moron,

Everybody knows I'm a Giant fan. Not a Jet fan. And Kim Bokamper is NO longer on the station.

With that said Joe Bell has done an exceptional job of shedding bad contracts (including Neil and the Dolphins) and putting together a solid lineup. It's uneducated people like you that give this town a bad rep.

Just keep up the good work Sid, I'm from NY and listen when I
visit family in Boynton Beach, it's good to have someone actually
do sports that knows his stuff, and not just Dolphins 24/7, or
Dan and Stugotz do unfunny bits every day (guy that sounds like
Pres. Obama, you're on next...OY)

Buttering up over, are you guys hiring update anchors? Thanks....
