I live in Denver now, and while i was in Phoenix....i love your Mega 104.3...KAJM.......and your KNRJ energy 101.

Denver is a top 25 market...and should have an OLD SCHOOL FUNK AND DANCE STATION....which they used tooo...but just weren't promoted right. Denver....used to have KDJM...until is was dropped for county ??? ??? ???.....

We need sierra in Denver.......a city with no CHR/OLD SCHOOL FUNK or DANCE STATION....... ??? ??? ???

Well...this was before i moved to Denver.....but i heard it was on a crappy signal out near Boulder which no one in Denver City Limits could even pick up.
 
I like Mega and Energy, at least Sierra brings 2 stations with variety and 2 formats that work well, given their signal upgrades to Phoenix.

I hate the radio in Denver, we don't even have a CHR....ie KZZP or a Jammin oldies....or a Dance station. Denver is similar to the demographics...such as Phoenix, Phoenix even has 3 stations that play Hip Hop music.....Denver only has KQKS....which you get tired of real fast.....I wish Sierra or someone other than CC or CBS....would come to Denver...it needs help bad. :( :( :(

CBS...killed our OLD SCHOOL FUNK station....because they refused to spend $$ to promote it...and to add weekend specialty shows. Which is why i liked KAJM....here in Phoenix

Me too.

It is totally beyond me why anyone would complain about these two stations. What do they want, another Hot AC? I mean in other markets, people would fall all over themselves to get an old school station OR a CHR/Dance station, let alone both!

My only conclusion is that people like to complain just for the sake of complaining.

I have been all over the country and IMO there is only a single radio market that challenges Phoenix in terms of the diversity of the commercial FM music stations, Seattle.
