Sign being changed....

I know this will probably be viewed as dumb, and some will say it is overdue.....

The sign is being changed outside of Quad City Radio group finally. No more 98.9 or WKBF signs, but the whole thing came down. I wonder, do you think some changes might be in store and they will put all the new signs up? I almost believe if the signs all have the current stations on them, there probably won't be any changes. Why would they invest money for a new sign and then change the formats a few weeks later.

I know, pretty dumb topic probably but thought it was interesting none the less.
 
Maybe they decided that there is no point in having a sign since they flip formats and change stations so much.... :)
 
Drove by and seen the new sign. A nice new lighted sign.
No new stations (of course) on it.
But if they do decide to flip one, looks like it would be easier to
change a couple of logos on it.
Pop out a panel, put a new graphic on it.
Done.
 
This got me thinking.
I wonder if Cumulus will ever figure out how to turn on the light for their sign?
