Sadly for the business, I don't think it's the major formats greying, but the entire medium. And, as Joey Reynolds once said about the decline of AM radio, "it was an inside job."

A true statement! Joey always has a way of sizing up the issue.

There are lots of people in radio who still don't believe there is a problem or any reason to change what they are doing. I don't hear the passion and excitement I used to hear on the radio.
