A Silent STA request has been filed for for WTKE-A/MILTON, FL due to equipment failure and financial hardship.

Isn't that the 1400 in FWB? And don't they have an FM anyway?

A Lady, a Lord and Professional Humor. Too weird, but apparently true:

Miami businessman Baron Camilio Agasim-Pereira of Fulwood has written two humorous books, which is where the licensee name comes in, although the Baron is not listed in the ownership lineup. It does include Baroness Maxine Ann Agasim-Pereira of Fulwood, Lady Sarah of Fulwood, Lay Yaalit of Fulwood and Lord Elio of Fulwood.

The article notes that they're listed on the Scottish Baronage Registry.

I was under the impression you had to use you "drivers license" or birth certificate / court changed name when dealing with the Federal government. Next time I'm "the Duke of Earl".

So does that mean Bono (the U2 Guy) or Sting (the Police guy) could buy a radio station using their singular, legal, aliases instead of the names their mommas gave them?

I can understand a lady using her married name to buy to run a corporation that owns a radio station, but other names assigned by judges later in life, i just can't grasp that.

Now I've lived in NW FL for over thirty years (yes, I know you feel sorry for me) and there's always been a strong rumor that this place was infested with people in the Witness Protection Program.... but I'm sure the Government wouldn't rename a witness "Baroness" and allow her to buy a radio station.

Nope, just sign that all above is truthful, or jail at the bottom of the document. You do need to file you own unique FCC file #
