Can anyone here tell me who the v/o announcer is on the "Big Top Cupcake" spot on TV?
The voice sounds familiar, but...no bells.

Is there a You tube link?
If the voice is from Canada, there may be a sim sub preventing someone from
knowing what you're talking about.
