Sinclair Broadcast Group hit by apparent ransomware attack

They have always called themselves "K-VEW", often with the channel number, 42, in the IDs. Not anymore. It's just 'Kapp K-View' (KAPP-KVEW). Full simulcast.
You're right on KNDO and KNDU - but they don't use the sounding in the IDs. They just call it 'NBC Right Now' and do not use the callsigns.
KIMA spells out the letters. KEPR does not - 'Keeper'. For a few years in the '90s, channel 29 Yakima did use a sounding of 'Ka-ima Television' in their IDs, much like KIRO does in Seattle. They later dropped the word use.

CW7 didn't get Big Bang until Fri back up haven't had 10PM newscast since last Sat I believe. WWMT Noon Newscast last Mon didn't air or Thur either otherwise 10PM is the only time they don't air a newscast maybe until the system gets back up and running. I know Comet has been out as it's just a still funny thing is Sinclair doesn't air Comet it's on WXSP .3 was on WWMT .3 now is TBD Spectrum has never added WWMT .3.
