Sinclair launches the ARC brand in WKRC/WSTR

FIrst Seattle then Grand Rapids followed by Salt Lake City now this.
For the record, this is ONLY the 8am hour on WSTR. Its still known as Good Morning Cincinnati at 7am on WSTR and from 4:30-7 and 9-10am on WKRC.
I think KUTV does the same on KJZZ on the 8am hour.
No... that's done at 7:00 pm, which btw, is expanding to an hour starting Monday.
oh my bad also its sometimes moved to KMYU due to Jazz coverage
I know nothing of this show but jeez, that guy is super annoying, way too over the top.

Got to wonder if it might be a viable branding for those Sinclair-adjacent stations that went from being Fox affiliates to various diginets, such as WVAH, WRGT, and WTTE. Catchy Comedy, despite the goofy name, isn't so bad, but Dabl and TBD? Really?

The "ARC" brand has to be one of the worst network names ever created.
Given it's past initialism in many places with the "R" being an obsolete term for the developmentally disabled, it's even worse when the Sinclair suits try to explain what it stands for...Authentic....Relevant....Community... A bunch of buzzwords to describe a dumping ground of cheap, useless content.

Doesn't matter. A second full market signal means more opportunity for political buys.
