The Stations in question are KRSH Santa Rosa, KXTS, KSXY and KNOB that is affected by this deal.
The stations included in the deal are: AAA “95.9 The Krush” KRSH Healdsburg, Spanish AC “Exitos 98.7” KXTS Geyserville, Alternative “The 101” 100.9 KSXY Forestville, and Spanish CHR “Latino 95.5” K238AF Santa Rosa/KXTS-HD2. The LMA of Variety Hits “96.7 Bob-FM” KNOB Healdsburg from JYH Broadcasting will also be transferred. Unrelated to the primarily television group Sinclair Media that owns radio properties in Seattle, Sinclair Communications will continue to operate its clusters in Norfolk VA and Austin TX, the latter of which operates under the Waterloo Media name.
