Your statement that KLAS is the "market gorilla" is bit misleading. KLAS and KVBC (NBC) are neck and neck in the race for first. The two have been playing ping-pong with the ratings title over the past several books. Each station has strengths and weaknesses in various dayparts.
By the way, the UPN news produced by KLAS is getting the same 1 rating as WB. If Sinclair is going to get someone to produce news for them, I would think it would be KVBC. KTNV's ratings aren't strong enough in their own time slots to produce a product for someone else.
