No it doesn't have solid coverage, it's spotty due to all the hills in Sioux City, which is why they put in the translator and why WNAX essentially gave up on Sioux City and moved the station back to yankton.
WNAX-FM is a farm station, and it's highly unlikely they would change to anything else.

KSUX has been the top country station (and often the top station) for a long time, so they won't be changing.
NRG's KKYY might be a possibility. NRG a couple of weeks ago flipped their Hot AC to "Bob"... maybe they should have waited and gone soft AC.
The changes to KISS and KG95 would seem to leave a big void in northwest Iowa for CHR, as KISS is 6kw while KG95 is 100kw. There was a CHR in Spencer, but that changed to Hot AC the first of the year.
