Sirius Kids Stuff gone

Sirius Kids Stuff is gone and replaced by XM's renamed kids station. I've have XM and Sirius for years and my 4 year old only wants to listen to Kids Stuff in the car. The playlists are different and Sirius Kids Stuff always seemed for younger children than XM's. I looked online and found that Kids Stuff played 1-2 Wiggles song per hour yesterday. As of now, kids place live has not played a Wiggles song today.

I am pissed off at this for my 4 year I want Sirius Kids Stuff back. Does anyone have the main Sirius # in NYC? I don't want to call customer care who are outsourced to some other country or does anyone have Mel K.'s e-mail address at sirius?

The main Sirius office number is (212) 584-5100. Ask for the programming department I guess.
 
My daughter is as upset as you are about the loss of the Kids Stuff
on Sirius. Her son doesn't like XM's Kids Place at all. There's too much talk not enough music and it seems to be for older kids. Her son is 2 yrs old and she is expecting a another baby. She is a member of a big mommy & kids play group and of the moms that have Sirius they to don't like XM's Kid's Place either. Today while she was out shopping with her son the only thing on Kids Place was someone reading "Green Eggs and Ham". They miss Sirius' Kids Stuff's music!!!!
They won't be listening to XM's Kids Place at all!!!
 
I am also very upset. I, too, have a 4 year old and we both miss Kid Stuff. The new format's DJ is annoying and his gimicks are obnoxious. The new format is more appropriate for 8 - 10 year olds than pre-k to K. I have been trying to give the new format a try but it is too hard to stomach. Kid Stuff had easier songs, easy on the ears and to understand. This was a tremendous help for my daughter's speech. It was GREAT to hear her sing those songs. These new songs are too fast paced and not clearly sung.

I've emailed sirius customer care and hope that other parents do the same. There is no reason why Sirius/XM cannot have both channels.
 
I really don't like the rap songs. My 4 year old always waanted to listen to Kids Stuff. Now if I ask her, she asks me to put on Radio Margaritaville . She likes five O' Clock Somewhere over some of the songs on 116.

They've brought back Kids Stuff for 3 hours a day Noon -3 ET. Hopefully this is just until they can brig it back full time. e-mail Mel K. and some other people at Sirius-XM:
