Sirius not FCC Reeling In Howard Stern

That's certainly part of it. This morning he said he is happy to let the complaints in, as it is more exposure and could only help with subscriptions. He flatly denied that anyone at Sirius has any creative control over his show.

Bingo -- playing the pity card. Gotta give credit where credit is due, Howard knows how to drum up support and sympathy.

Nobody has control over him. It's likely he went to Sabean and Karmazin and had this whole thing drawn up.

No doubt. The FCC and his war against the man is 1/3 of Howards act.
Look how he used the Wild man Kevin Metheny in private parts! Better know to some of us as the out of control Kevin O'Brien on KJR in 73-74. Howard needs the FCC to step in and save his act!
