the sirius radios and xm radio with the transmitter in them if you listen to them for like 15 hours or more straight every day over time will the transmitter brun out over time? or are the made to be listen to for long periods of time
 
I have a 49.99 unit that I take from my personal vehicle to my work van...it plays nonstop for 14 hours every day and has never heated up or stopped working.I have gone thru a power cord though.The one that goes to the cig lighter is flimsy,but the head unit is fine.No trouble here
