Sirius to add new "Jack" type channel

I know it has been mentioned in other places, but in case anyone missed it; Sirius just announced their new channel lineup and changes on Thursday, and it includes a new Variety Hits type channel to be called "SuperShuffle". It is supposed to debut along with the entire new channel lineup on Sept. 29th.
I had been hoping that Sirius would put a Variety Hits type channel on and I am extremely excited about it. I wonder how it will compare to the many FM "Jack" type outlets. I have a feeling that the Sirius one may be even wider and include hits from more formats not normally incorporated into Variety Hits (country, etc.). Anyway, guess we'll see on Sep. 29th.

Of course, anything Sirius does, XM follows suit with something similar or bigger, and vice versa. You've seen it with O&A/Stern and all the sports packages. Like I always say, if XM signed mucus, Sirius would sign vomit.<P ID="signature">______________
