SIRIUS Travel Link! They "say" It's ON!

Maybe someone here has had a silmiar issue. When I first got my F250 truck..the Sirius radio AND travel link worked great. I completed my trial period, and suscribed to both services. Now I have the regular SIRIUS radio service, but when I access "Travel Link" to check weather etc..I get the pop up "Sirius Travel link not subscribed to. call *00-XXX-XSIRI to activate" and then it lists the ESN number for the travel link reciever. I have called nearly half a dozen times to talk to the Phillipines, and they claim it IS subscribed and is ACTIVE. They say they will "re-hit" it, but it does not come on. I talked to an American supervisor who said that when they entered my ESN it shows as "active" but there is NOT an active subscription..I said "go ahead and re-subscribe to it" and they claim they can't because it is "already activated" ARRRRGH

BUT IT DOESN'T WORK..it keeps telling me to call to have it activated. Latest phone call had them transferring me to an even HIGHER supervisor..it rang and rand and rang..and finally went to a fast busy..I hung up..What is the problem here?
