Sirius Warranty Center

Has anyone been able to get through to these people? On average the wait time is at least 1.5 hours. Can anyone out there give me a tip of how to get through faster? This is my third radio I've received that doesn't work. I'm ready to disconnect my service and move to XM.
 
Its horrid at XM too. I am leaving XM at the end of this billing cycle and moving to Sirius due to it. I would go to the BBB with this. I did use them with my problems at XM and got a full refund (activation and shipping) and 3 free months of service.
