Siriusly Stolen MP3's

Listening to some of the specialty music shows on Sirius, I can hear that annoying "whistling" sound that results from MP3's that are uploaded without enough kbps.

I would have hoped that Sirius jocks would make sure that the quality of the songs they are playing was at least decent. And it's been happening lately a lot more.

Come on guys, if you're gonna rip off free MP3's at least look for 192 kbps to ensure a decent sound. Some of the shows I've heard lately are unlistenable because of this problem.

If this keeps up, I'm cancelling my subscription. Anyone else notice this, and is it happening on XM as well?

Compression from Sirius itself doesn't help matters any, seems way more compressed than XM.

I've heard it too. But not on all channels....fortunately for me, it's been songs I hate anyway.
