Sirott Off Noon Show at the Big "G"

Sorry to hear that Bob was released from his Noon Show on WGN. John Williams will fill the void. Also gone is Dave Stewart. Two great talents!!!

Sirott would had been an awesome choice for mornings on WGN-AM. Bob Sirott may not be the most exciting person in the world, but he comes off as a lot more personable than Greg Jarrett, and at the very least, Sirott knows Chicago. Jarrett is as much of an outsider now as he was when he started at 'GN eight months ago.

"Jarrett is as much of an outsider now as he was when he started at 'GN eight months ago." Mustn't forget that Wally Phillips migrated from Cinncinnati and Bobby Collins from Milwaukee. And, there have been others to grace the Chicago airwaves who came from elsewhere. Give the guy a break.
