I've noted this lineup before...it is simply amazing what people in SE AK used to watch on cable back then. They carried MSG/Calliope BEFORE it became USA...WTCG...WOR early on...and of course, HBO.
Kids could come home from school and watch The Cosby Show Thursday afternoon at 4PM on WDIV due to Alaska time. Johnny Carson was carried at weeknights at 7:30, equivalent 11:30 ET. A 'late night movie' came on at 8 or 9PM from the Detroit stations.
They would carry Denver TV a few years later, which was slightly closer to Alaska time, but still a weird primetime. KING-5 Seattle went on the lineup in the '90s but no longer is available (KSCT-LP Sitka is on ch 5). KING 5 is still carried on one of the cable providers in Ketchikan.
