Sixth Report and Order? Help!

Help!

I'm looking for the original 1952 'Sixth Report and Order' which contains the original TV allocations that came about after the FCC Freeze of 1948. I can find references to it everywhere, but I can't find the actual document, nor any of the many proposals (such as the one by DuMont to put 4 VHFs in most cities).

Can anyone help?
