Skip from West Sacramento

That little bit of audio sounded like it was Spanish.

Probably Mexico unless there are still some low power analog stations somewhere in the US on CH 2?

There was loads of FM e-skip up in Oregon yesterday, down to Texas and New Mexico area. You probably got on that cloud but more closer to the midpoint, which explains the TV2 only.

I picked up KPRD 88.9 Hays, KS (relog) about 2:30PM when I got home from work. The ONLY station in via Es! Strong like a local. Later an 88.7 NPR popped up, likely KLNE-NE but I couldn't get an ID on time.
