Did K104 let Nanette Lee go, or did she leave on her on?
 
I've heard that she was let go and they have also fired some of their sales staff. hmmm.
 
I wonder if this sort of thing repeats itself when K104 reclaims the top spot. Should the sales department at KISS keep their bags packed? :-\

KISS has its own sales dept?;) More like the CC corps with their precision brief case laptop drill team.
 
Speaking of Kiss: does anyone know what happened to bring them back up to number 1? When Clear Channel first took them over the ratings began to tank, however they've appeared to come back somehow.

Luck? Black Magic? Arbitron Bribery? OK that last one is probably a stretch.

I suspect the #1 rank for KISS is a temporary one. I expect to see K104 regain that rank very quickly. It would take a huge amount of effort to permanently unseat K104. Music is not the primary reason behind K104's success.

Sorry to brand this theory, although viable... but there is a big reason K104 is tops - crossover. KISS runs CH-URBAN straight in the ground and the LWG often want to just get their groove on up the dial at KKDA. Recently, KHKS has been pushing almost an identical format, with the routine exception of a Christina Aguliera song mixed in there.

About who is missing? Personal reasons (the WIG) or professional ones with the blossoming comedienne (what I have been told, aside from wanting a MAJOR pay raise), KKDA will stay on top unless their internal issues knock them off.
