Skip Murphy and Jasmine Sanders will replace Baisden..

Skip isnt all that bad..he sat in for Joyner a few times..plus its going to be music intensive so not all the talk Baisden did!! Its better than the other candidates they had rumored to take over, Rick Party was on the list as well as DL Hughley.

Once again, I will say it, "go local, go local, and stay local in the afternoon". Skip Murphy is a talent that ought to not have been wasted, *ahem @ Service Broadcasting* He would have been great to have been kept at K104 along side DeDe McGuire...

Im sorry but Skip will fail. Michael Baisden had a strong voice when it came to African American issues and headlines. Skip's show maybe music intense, but the Micahael's audience tuned him to hear him talk. If you ever listened to his show or visit his social media sites, he has a strong following nationwide.

I agree. Michael had great talk and a good music flow too. I am no fan of syndicated but whenever I would give him a quater hour or two he never disapointed. I don't know much about Skip but I did not enjoy him in for Tom. He sounds a bit like a puker to me.

Skip was very successful here in Dallas. He was routinely beating Kidd Kraddock in the mornings. K104 has by no means been the power house they use to be since Service Broadcast made the horrible desicion to let him go. Now obviously local success doesn't always carry over to national success, but I would just say give him a shot.
